May Fair working group

This is the first planning meeting for this year's May Fair.

Please come along if you would like to help organise this year's Fair or would be able to help with any of the following tasks:

• preparing and distributing publicity material and helping promote the May Fair
• approaching local businesses for contributions to the Chinese Auction (raffle)
• sending invitations to potential exhibitors, helping process bookings and planning room layout
• inviting singers and musicians to take part and scheduling performances
