There are lots of ways to contact us and get involved:
- Ask to join one of our email lists – either the news list or the discussion list for the news plus more.
- Come to our free social evenings, with speakers and films, held on most fourth Wednesdays of the month from 7 p.m. Free admission and hot drink. Location varies.
- Come along to our next steering group meeting. They’re held on the second Wednesday of every month starting at 7.30 p.m. All are welcome. This is where the ideas are turned into actions. Location varies.

Do you have a phone number?
We are a voluntary organisation with no employees. Our members who work to support our activities usually do so in relation to specific projects. Most of our members also have jobs which mean they are unavailable during work hours. If you contact us by email we can route your enquiry to the person who is best placed to help you and they will respond to you as soon as possible.
